A local pub on Lygon Street.

In order to have a great neighbourhood, there has to be a local pub. At Teller, that is exactly what we have set out to do. Have you ever wondered "what is a good pub near me?" or "who has the best range of beers on tap?" If you have, Teller is probably the place that you're looking for.

Teller opened in mid 2021 and since then, it has cemented its place in Brunswick East as the go-to place for the locals and their families.

Whether you pop in for a sneaky pot in the laneway, a cocktail or glass of wine at the bar, to indulge in $25 oysters & prosecco or to celebrate a special occasion at a family dinner, you will always feel welcome at Teller.

Teller is open seven days a week for all-day dining and functions. You will find 12 rotating beers on tap and a wide selection of wines and cocktails. The menu at Teller changes seasonally with a wide variety of small and large dishes alongside some elevated pub classics, perfect for sharing on the table  just as you would at home. The "Fancy Schnitzel "is a Kiev cut, brined and crumbed for tenderness served with a tarragon butter and celeriac remoulade, a house favourite!

The former bank building has been renovated from the ground up, so we have been able to create a variety of spaces for those special occasions. There is a private function dining room upstairs, with its own bar, with seating for 40 and standing room for 60 guests. There is the Annex, a 20 seat private dining room for those intimate settings, and the Pavilion hosts larger sized events from 60-120.
