Our “fancy” chicken or eggplant schnitzel is up for grabs on Monday from 5pm for only $20.
Our secret is leaving only the best breast on the bone, brining it for a chunk of time, and then crisping it up with our panko blend. And don’t forget our vegetarian eggplant schnitzel which is also a huge hit!
We drizzle our tarragon butter on top and serve it with celeriac remoulade and a side of chips.
